This image of a lacrosse net represents the immorality of Rahim Khan’s decision to conceal Baba’s secret from Amir and Hassan. The net is the most literal representation of Rahim’s method of limiting the information. The bikes in the image simply represent the population of people that the information is being withheld from—in this case, Amir and Hassan. The bikes are locked up which shows how they are being held back from reaching their full potential because the secret that is being kept from them. Behind the net is the language building which we took to represent the knowledge that Rahim Khan is keeping from them. By doing this, he is essentially playing god and keeping the information behind the net. The language building being behind the net also represents his cowardliness to be putting all the information in a letter and not revealing the details in person when they were just together. This shows how Rahim Khan is being immoral by not speaking outwardly to Amir and Hassan, two boys who absolutely deserve the information.
I like the originality here, especially when you mentioned that the bikes are locked up (good detail!) This photo could also represent the divide between Baba and Amir when Amir was younger. Baba could have been the language building, as he held the most power in the relationship, and Amir could have been the locked up bikes.
