Gliding

Balance
If you lean you will fall
But if you move straight and let the momentum glide you, you’ll reach
Balance
Time is ticking, the bell is going to ring soon
But you must make it safely so that you are able to go to class
Balance
You have to cross the road
If you go to without looking, you will get hit
If you go to slow you will aggravate drivers
Balance
If you lean to the right you will fall on the curb
If you lean to the left you will fall into the cars
Balance
Once you receive your destination after traveling so far
You have to walk or else your trusted tool will be taken away
After you have finally arrived at your destination in a frantic state
You have to proceed to be calm for your class
Throughout the rest of the day, you have to commute, but at the same time maintain your calm

In other words, you need to balance.

  1. The repetition in your poem helps your point stand out and it flows nicely together.

  2. I like the use of repetition with "balance" to repeat the main point and I like the inclusion of how many different sensations were used. (sight, sound, etc..)
